Action: Operators to continue to submit reports to SN in good time so that they can be circulated to all 3 days prior to the meeting.

Landfill Site Report
SN presented the Landfill Operational Report and it is included with these minutes.
Discussions around recent complaints allocated to the Landfill site. Update given, action plan provided to the EA with weekly updates.
Action: FCC to complete the application to regularise the landfill levels on HHLS to enable Infinis to bring forward the solar farm application.
Action: Explore options to improve communications with local communities
FCC Recycling Report
Updated briefing note provided prior to the meeting, includes link to website where more information on the application for the WTN.

Solar park-. Awaiting FCC to progress applications.
8. Report by Heidelberg Materials
JH provided update for Heidelberg Materials.
Action: To regularly report progress towards the end date of Dec 25 for the completion and restoration of Bridge Farm area.
Action:
Attend/meet Appleford PC to discuss its request for a voluntary agreement to minimise traffic crossing the B4106from the Bridge Farm operations during rush hours.
Attend PC meeting to discuss noise management & explain operations.

9. Report by Forterra
TD provided update on operations.
Action: To attend Appleford PC (parish meeting) and explain its operations.
10. Environment Agency Update
EA report included prior to the meeting and discussion on odour was held.
The number of complaints on the EA report represent the total for both the landfill and the compost facility.
11. Report by County Planning Authority
MH provided summary of briefing note. Please see OCC report provided prior to the meeting.
HiF1- awaiting inspectors report.
Action: Residents request OCC to provide details of the reason for delays in the bridge farm applications.
Action. With FCC, compliance officers to check flooding of the Sustrans route and other PROW from FCC land
Action. Residents requesting OCC to report their position with FCC regarding the hinterland agreement.
